New client in Leeds

Met up with 'MC' in Leeds recently and put together a weight loss plan and discussed various exercises to help him retain/build muscle without putting a strain on his back.

Now communicating remotely with a face-to-face session when our schedules allow.

MC has lost almost a stone using a 'Ketogenic' diet and has packed on some muscle using slow and steady dumbbell exercises (concentration curls, lateral raises etc.) for upper body and body weight lunges and squats for legs.
